60 degree temperatures in mid January. Early December was much colder with snow. This piece was made from photos a year ago and just posting it now. It is an inside out circular panorama. The jagged dark areas derive from multiple freeze and thaws in the pond ice surface.
The lower photos is where I stood when taking the photos for the panorama.
The lowest photo is from December 2019; more circles of ice.
Stepping Stones was made from photos shot in the fast flowing and slippery rock bottom of Brush Creek near Sarasota Wyoming. The edges of the single photographs become bulges at the edges of the full panorama. The big bulge is when I slipped a bit off the side of a rock.
